What can Help me absorb B12?

polyandrym66 · 70-79, M Best Comment
Drink a hot drink (tea or coffee or hot chocolate) right after you take your B12 pill(s).. The warm liquid helps... No Alcohol...

My GF & I take a lot of supplements..

Always take the liquid form of the supplement when possible.

IMHO magnesium is the best absorbing supplement.
try shots or sublingual(under the tongue)

[c=#BF0080]I get b12 shots, because I don’t absorb it. I’m not sure there is anything else. [/c]

@Duckgirl [c=#BF0080]Then you must not be deficient. That’s good![/c]
The b-12 shots are the best way to go. Eat fiber.

@SW-User I was always told that calcium slows down the absorption of most nutrients. I'm no expert, but when I use to take bodybuilding supplements, such as ZMA ( a zinc/magnesium/B6 ) recovery supplement, it said to steer clear of calcium until after the ZMA had a chance to absorb. Don't know about B12, but it's probably the same with that as well.
