When you put your toothbrush down, do you rest it with the bristles facing up?

Does it matter? Whatever touched the back of your toothbrush is going to touch the inside of your mouth.

Mine goes in a holder, stays upright. It is also washed before and after every use.

@KneAuxBody But what about when you brush your molars?
It goes into a toothbrush holder and stored in the cabinet.

I keep mine in a cup, but the end is bent up so if I do put it on the basin the mouth bit sits up in the air.

I wash the toothbrush every time I use it, and I place the bristles upwards.
