What do I do?

I want to die and I am tempted to grab a blade. I am afraid to call a hotline

If your in the USA text "hello" to 741-741. It's a crisis text line. I am also afraid to actually call a hotline but Have felt more comfortable and have used this text line a couple of times. It got me through it.
