Have you ever tried lucazade?
It's a fizzy medicine for children. I had it once but my parents said it was pricey so we didn't get it often.

Ever had it first thing. Damn that thing sets off a fire in your throat and then your belly. Most painful thing I've ever experienced. When I drink it, it's never enough so I lay off it!
