You can really pick whatever you want. All exercise is good exercise. If you wanna build muscle, do exercises that focus on your muscle groups. If you wanna lose fat, do lots of cardio.

@SW-User i'm only 152, maybe even 160ish pounds.. It's more for muscle gain than fat loss, but I don't know where to start, I know the basics, like push ups, squats and that stuff, but As for push ups, I can only do like 10 - 15 before taking a quick break..
