Can you go through depression when you're on your own?

I got past it alone
but I do have a lot of blessings to look back on
I look back to the times I wanted to die and thought I was going to
All I have lost but overcome it
My Blessings out weigh my reasons to be depressed

I mean really can anyone rally help you?

Yeah most ppl go through it on their own
