Is cows milk really good for you?

it says "rbst" hormones are used on cattle to help produce more milk than natural and that some websites argue for and against the health of the milk produced due to this speed up..also that humans shouldn't really be drinking cow milk just in general..they're like every mammal producing milk to feed their young

No it isn't good for you. It's basically liquid fat. Whatever beneficial nutrients are in it you can and should get from some other source. Also there is clinical and statistical evidence that the main protein in milk is highly carcinogenic.

Look at the research before you call bullshit. But even if you dismiss the research consider that milk is intended to be consumed by babies and cow milk is intended to be consumed buy baby cows. Is it such a stretch that milk might not be good for adults humans?

@Davidarendale0 I was going to try almond milk...but then was wondering where is a good source of calcium?..it says almond milk has its benefits..low in saturated fat and everything..but its also has no calcium or protein

@All2livefor if you're concerned with calcium you may just want to get an over-the-counter supplement. The calcium in milk is artificially added anyway. You may not be interested in this option but sardines are are very rich in both protein and calcium.
