How much sleep did you get last night?

@Stark i just don't sleep much anymore, wish i could though

@DancingStarGoddess maybe it happens the older you get. I feel as if I could fall asleep so easily before now it seems to be a struggle

@Stark not sure, i've had insomnia since i was about 4 years old. and then in my later 20s, started sleeping more, somewhere abouts wheni got sick i started sleeping less because of the pain, but even now with the pain meds that knock me out. just a couple hours and i'm up all over again.

@DancingStarGoddess oh you have insomnia I don’t think I have insomnia I think I just don’t sleep as well as I use too. 😂 the last good sleep I got is when I took some Excedrin pm and I don’t like taking pills of avoidable.

@Stark yes, i had gotten over it, but it's been back now a long time. both of my shoulders need replacing and i sleep on my sides,s o it's excrutiating, wakes me up and hard to find a comfy position to lie down, i often wake up unable to move my arms for a while, hurts like hell lol. and thank you <3

@Stark i'm not even sure how it happened they werre fine at first, then just weren't :o but i take a lot of stuff for all this crap that happened to me, to maintain a lower pain level
