What will make me fall asleep again?
I woke up and needed the bathroom and now I can't get back to sleep and its like 3 in the morning 😞

If I can't fall asleep I usually you know... Take care of a certain area... And keep going until I just can't anymore and just pass out

Do you use the bathroom right before you go to bed? If not you might try that and then maybe you can sleep thru the night with out waking up!
