Do you think that if a smoker could smell what a non smoker smells every time they return from a smoke break they’d carry on smoking?

I think they don't give a crap till they stop smoking and then they are the biggest complainers.

@cherokeepatti I work in close proximity of a smoker and every time he returns from a cig break it’s the smell. I have to leave and go for an fresh air break.

@Ross19 I understand, the smell and smoke permeates their hair and clothing. Smoking inside shared offices was banned at the university and some of the smokers thought since there was only one desk in our office they could sit there and smoke every break and lunch hour. We had to move our coats out into a supply room because of it. I finally spoke up and they were forced to go outside and most went to the loading dock and smoked, same stink would follow them inside. If anyone mentioned allergies & asthma they'd say we were hypochondriacs. Sitting by a couple of heavy smokers at a meeting their denim jackets smelled like a huge ashtray of cigarette butts. None of them are working there today, tobacco use has been banned on the campus including parking lots so smoking inside of their own vehicle even with the windows rolled up is also banned.
