i have the same body type my mom had but she was heavy at my age.

i’m not heavy. i do workout so that helps: how many of you over age 40 have the same body type as an overweight parent but are not overweight yourself?

I never had the same body type as my mom or my sister they are tall and larger framed I am short and petite. I am the odd ball in the family.
