My son had to have it done when he was about 7 for medical reasons. In the U.K. it is not such a regular thing for a boy to have done so it was a big decision. He would've had problems if it had been left so we had very little choice in the end. When he came round from the anaesthetic I felt so bad, almost as if my son had been butchered. He is now 28 and we have had frank conversations about it on several occasions through his life. He has completely reassured me that it has never been an issue for him, it has never bothered him and he doesn't remember it being as traumatic for him as it probably was for me. I hope this helps.

All 3 of my boy's got it done when they was born. Just a lot easier at that age.

I was done at 2. Nowadays it's done at birth. Some Asian countries they still do it until 13. Better some when they're newborn
What kind of advise you need?

if you are in the US it seems that circumcision is the default. Everywhere else it is either done for religious reasons or very rarely for medical reasons. I am not a mom though just a boy who likes the way his boy bits are designed.

After reading all the comments here. I would like to ask , why is circumcised is necessary?

Why do you need medical reasons all guys should be, it should be a crime for men not to be they look like freaks
