Does anyone have reoccuring headaches...

I drink lots of water usually 3 to 4 litres a day. I know I'm not dehydrated. Anyone have experience with getting headaches alot? Its only the past few months this has started happening and I'm concerned.

Its a band around the top area of my head.. If it was a band it would line up around my forehead. I will bring it up to my dr next time i go in.
