Does anyone have reoccuring headaches...

I drink lots of water usually 3 to 4 litres a day. I know I'm not dehydrated. Anyone have experience with getting headaches alot? Its only the past few months this has started happening and I'm concerned.

I have sinusitis headaches and past TBI. They get more extreme durring stress.
