Harvest me for whatever parts are still usable and burn the rest. I'm dead. I don't need those organs anymore, but they might help someone else. We don't need my body taking up space, so just torch it and move on.

@poizonapple: I know they cannot waste time when someone died. There are options to let it know you want your organs to be donated, before you die ;-)

I don't really care. I won't be there. Currently I am thinking to be cremated and my ashes mixed with my wife's ashes.

50/50 on organ donation only because some of my organs are fucked lol. Definitely burial as worms need to eat too and I'm already going to see enough flames in hell lol.
