Has anyone here tried Carnivora?

As an old chick with a few health problems not addressed by my doctors at Kaiser (when you're old, they just tell you it's a chronic condition and you'll have to live with it). I was wondering if Carnivora is worth a try.
Nothing beats intermittent fasting. It will stimulate autophagy and fight a very broad spectrum of diseases. Once you get that dialed in, then add to it one three to four day water-only fast per month. That will further stimulate other types of autophagy. Think about doing your exercise in the fasted state, about two hours before you break the daily fast.

While I cannot recommend following his controversial suggestions, it is very worth evaluating the Marshall Protocol for autoimmune disease. Marshall's theory is that most chronic conditions of aging are actually parasitic bacteria and viruses living inside our cells. I think he is onto something.

If you can afford it, consider ozone therapy using major autohemolytic. Dr Shallenberger in Nevada is the guy who does the most of it.

Thank you, pone22. I've tried mini fasts and it helps a little. Although I'm on a limited income, I might try to scrape up some money and try ozone therapy.

Hmmm...will look into the Marshall Protocal. Thank you.
