How often do you get headaches

I seem to get headaches on a daily basis and in particular they typically are migraines. I have no idea what the onset is but am kind of curious.

I used to feel light headed and dizzy often, but then I started hydrating better and I haven’t had a problem since.

I used to get cluster headaches. After those stopped, my neck injury decided that it would give me worse.

I seldom get run of the mill headaches, I more get migraines, and I get those about 3-5 times a month.
