What are some exercises (cardio) that got you in shape without running, without getting frustrated, that you have stuck to and worked?
I used to run like a maniac and it's all I have ever done to lose weight. I just can't do it anymore even though it drops the pounds fast for me. I hate it. I lift weights and enjoy that. Looking for successful cardio exercises other than running. I know how to eat and all that. I'm looking for a cardio activity I can do that doesn't make me want to end my life as I am doing it, even if the results are gradual, as long as the results are significant.
