7 cups (an app and website) has a lot of people in need of help and I'd love if anyone here would.

I tried that a few years ago, it wasn't my cup of tea. For the reason that no one got back to me when I needed help, or they did but wasn't very timely. it was underdeveloped, and when I tried to be the 'adviser' people got triggered, so I left. That was then though, so I don't know how it would be like now. What's new there? How is it helpful for you?
