How do I help them understand?

In classrooms one of my stims (it is mildly involuntary) is I will bang my hand multiple times on the table in order to calm myself when I experience sensory overload, students always yell at me to stop and seem very annoyed with me but if I try explaining they blow it off and accuse me of bullying

I would just ignore them, if it gets too bad to can always seek support; teachers, friends, family. If your school has a school counselor that would help too.

I often rock back and forth (or sway side to side) when I’m overly stressed out, luckily it doesn’t cause much problems except weird staring.
