Is losing 17 pounds noticeable?

@Tatsumi Thanks! I am being healthy about it. I lost it in 2 months. I feel like I should of lost more though in that time frame.

@summerlove Naaaah. Well. It depends. If you are more obese than obese, then yeah, losing as much as possible would be suggested by some doctors, because the health risk of super obesity is worse than the health risk of losing fat too quickly.

If you're just overweight, then 2 pounds a week is ideal, for health. You're right at the mark, there, for healthy weight loss. It's a great job. Alls you gotta do is keep up what you've been doing. ^^ And knowing when to stop, as well.
