Skipping meals slows your metabolism. Your body goes into “starvation” mode and holds fast to any fat or sugar it encounters. Eat smaller portions, with a larger percentage of veggies and proteins, less fat or carbs. But eat.

@RowBoGirl Last year I was diagnosed with diabetes and had to change my eating habits to regulate my blood sugar. With the changes I lost weight as well. But I didn’t have to starve myself. Best of luck to you.
