I feel lightheaded... Is that bad?

@fluteacorn Because that voice in your head that tells you that you don't isn't telling the truth. I had to learn that the hard way (albeit through different channels).

@fluteacorn This is hard to say, but I'm going to tell you something that I've not told anyone in about half a decade. I've suffered for depression for at least 10-15 years, and when I was 16 things got particularly bad. When I was 19 or 20, I tried to kill myself because that voice in my head told me it was the only worthwhile thing I could ever do. The only reason I'm not dead is because every innate urge I have held me back from actually harming myself.

@SW-User I have a lot of those issues... All of them.

@fluteacorn 🤗 It will be alright. But killing yourself, either through a deliberate act or through starving yourself and working out excessively, isn't the answer. It sounds trite and cliche, but it's true. I'm not good at being inspiring, but I hope you can see at least a little where I'm coming from. And if you want to talk, I'm always around.
