They by propriety i f you wait 3 hours MAYBE YOU SHOULD OF GONE TO A DOCTOR FIRST!!!!IF OYU WAIT THEAT LONG YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM IN THE FIRST PLACE IT COST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS when ppl liek yooooou abuse the system

@Elizabeth28 You don't always have a choice about going to the emergency room. I wasn't in a life threatening emergency and I had to go there... Twice.
