@fluteacorn they are professionals I would think so they probably wont struggle too much. My blood pressure is always very low so sometimes I get that problem, if you lay down and dangle your arm towards the floor then it should be easy to find a vein.

@ZenKitzune I am stuck sitting upright in a chair and they usually have trouble with finding veins because I typically don't drink enough water.

@fluteacorn it will still work if your arm is held lower than your heart for a few mins

@fluteacorn well, a little fast heart rate is good for finding veins too lol...you'll be fine..just tell them that you use that arm to write with and have an important test to do or something.

@SW-User I don't really know what you are offended at. I was a cutter for years and I know what that's like. It's up to the OP if they want to tell people about their problem and in their own time. I'm not encouraging cutting, I am merely offering advice on what they are asking about.

@ZenKitzune Agreed, nothing nasty in there at all, just answering the question posed. I cut too when I was younger, then realized it was stupid.

@SW-User to get blood drawn from as the other is injured? I would have thought that was practical if she needs bloods taken.
