I need help... Please.

I'm on multiple medications for depression, anxiety, and seizures. All of them affect my memory negatively but my parents are getting pissed because I can't remember simple things (bringing money in to the school, unloading the dishwasher, facts for any of my classes). What should I do?

Have them talk to your physician!! Those meds are notorious for what you describe. But you can also help yourself to function better by writing lists down in a book daily and checking off things as you do them. Good luck.
