I need help... Please.

I'm on multiple medications for depression, anxiety, and seizures. All of them affect my memory negatively but my parents are getting pissed because I can't remember simple things (bringing money in to the school, unloading the dishwasher, facts for any of my classes). What should I do?

@goagainsttheflow My memory is fried because of my medicines. My parents hate me. I've had panic attacks and cut because of them and then they bitch at me.
