I need help... Please.

I'm on multiple medications for depression, anxiety, and seizures. All of them affect my memory negatively but my parents are getting pissed because I can't remember simple things (bringing money in to the school, unloading the dishwasher, facts for any of my classes). What should I do?

use the list.

@nonsensiclesnail I always end up forgetting where I put the list. I still have to find like 3 of the ones I made.

@fluteacorn that's part of your problem. You make the list on something you always keep on you a tiny notebook. or your phone.
And everyday gets a new list.
