Do you feel that being around humans consumes your energy?

Your friends, family, co workers or simply people in the metro at the mall and everywhere.. I sometimes feel they suck out my energy even when there isn't much interaction

Certain people drain my energy, my clue that I need to stay away from them which I do.

I think there are things that we can't physically see that effect us, things like energy. Some people thrive off the energy of others and some like yourself need time to themselves, recharge the batteries so to speak.

I'm the exact same!, social events can be draining!, especially my work at the moment working with customers in retail. I feel ya ❤️
