Is it normal to feel sad and that you want to cry ,for no specific reason , most of the time? And how can I stop myself from feeling so?

Depression or Menopause...or both?
Probably but when a woman from 46-50 talks about crying like this....depression or menopause can play a big part.@SW-User
Are you on medication...and have seen a doctor? Before medication I would cry at the drop of a hat. @Jasmine2017

@SW-User yes, I think so. Not serious. It comes and go but are many here suffer the same? I want to know if it is normal.

probably not normal no - whenever I been clinically depressed I felt that way - go see a doctor then go through the myriad side effects of a dose of SSRIs
