My coping skills is that I go in a quiet area, close my eyes and just start breathing. I tell myself that everything will be okay, my anger and anxiety is only temporary then I will be myself as a goofy guy.

The people I feel responsible for/ love, trouble me sometimes and I excercise, embrace the good things instead and deny the rest!

Not very productive but I lock myself in my room and quietly cry myself to sleep and usually wake up feeling a bit better

It's kind of hit and miss, because there are bouts of depression. Sometimes going for my walk helps, sitting in the square people-watching, conversations with others there, having a cup of coffee. Other times I occupy myself at home, working on crafts, playing piano, listening to music. It depends on how social I'm feeling.
