Does staying in bed and sleeping a lot helps with flu? 🤔

Yup. Throw some orange juice in there too.
Even some sunlight
SW-User
Yes. Make sure to keep hydrated.

@SW-User I will
Thank you

Yeah. Rest and a lot of water. Exactly what your body needs to focus on killing the virus.

lots of fluids ,,plenty of rest and Alka Seltzer jel caps every 4 hours (green ones )soon your good as new ,if not you need a real doctor
but from my experience ,that works pretty quick
Chicken soup as well ,there actually is a report that say they don't know why it helps ,but it does ,(I trust everything that has a report don't you ?)
but I am serious ,thats how I deal with my flue and the children they drop off for me to get better ,
I use Children meds on children ,Alka Seltzer everyone else
I think it does. Do you need anything?
@QueenPeach
Aww. I'd love to would I be around anywhere near. I'd make you a lovely hot bath before putting you in bed for rest. 🛀🏾 Do remember to drink plenty of water. :-*

Of course it's how the body gets better.

Yes. Often the best way to knock out a flu or cold.
YMITheWayIM · 46-50, M
I think it's the usual 'fail safe'
OKWTF2 · 51-55, M
ya, about the only meds that I have found that helps is Mucinex. Love that for colds, not much but rest and fluids as others have said with the flu I think though.

Yep... The body needs rest to fight and recover... Plenty of water and done aspirin won't hurt either

Resting is a good idea
