How many pills do you take daily and for what ?

i take a lot of medication daily...for various health issues.

3 different types of anxiety and anti depressents.
also take vitamins and magnesium.

A low dose aspirin and a multivitamin, just for health.

3 to 10 depending on my day... Almost all to try and prevent headaches

I used to take medicine for my ADHD and Anxiety. Now i just mediate
