How Do I Stop Taking Naps ?

It's been a habit for about 2 years now and it's becoming a little but of a problem.

I normally sleep around 11-12 on the average day and wake up at 6, giving me about 6-7 hours of sleep daily which is definitely not optimal but is what I can get.

I go to school from 6.30 and come back around 4 and when I get home I am exhausted. I take a shower and the next thing I know I'm on the bed in deep sleep.

The worst parts about these naps is that they last for super super long periods like 4-5 hours and I get into really really deep sleep. To the point where i can set an alarm for every minute for an entire hour and not hear the alarm at all. I've had my parents try to wake me up but they tell me I get up and stare at them as if I woke up but the next thing I do is immediately fall asleep again. I don't even realise these things when I'm asleep and it's taking too much time away from my day.

I have to go for night classes too so sometimes I sleep so long that I have to forgo dinner so I'm not late for class.

This really only leaves me a little bit of time each day to perform my tasks and it leaves little room for self enjoyment. I really want to stop taking these naps because I always wake up just as tired as before and I know I can live without it because I survive just fine on days when I'm so busy I don't even have time to take a nap.

I've tried drinking coffee in the afternoon and this worked for a while until I started getting stomach cramps and the caffeine effects were on and off and it would last too long on some days.
