Are you taking benzo's? (Ativan, Xanax, valium, etc.)

These are actually far more addicting and harder to withdraw from than heroin or any of the other narcotic's.

I have an Rx, but I very rarely use it. It makes me sleepy and dopey, and I don't like that. But when I do need it, I *really* need it. (Maybe 3 times a year.)

@SmartKat zanax never made me sleepy. stomach would still be bothering me and I would have hot and cold flashes and racing heart and be wide awake even if I took a second one.
