Are you taking benzo's? (Ativan, Xanax, valium, etc.)

These are actually far more addicting and harder to withdraw from than heroin or any of the other narcotic's.

I'm not sure that I'd put withdrawing on a hierarchy, but benzo's are a huge problem. Not to mention too many stories begin with, "My doctor gave them to me, so they must be okay."

Know what's still the hardest and most prevalent addiction to kick? Alcohol, but no one's giving that up.
