Will Waking Up In The Middle Of The Night Be Bad For Me ?
Due to some circumstances I plan to take up in the middle of the night at intervals, for example, I go to bed at 12. Then I wake up at 2 and I go back to bed after performing what I need to do and waking up again at 4 to do it again and sleep again until I wake up to start the day.
It might sound weird but I will be doing this for the next few days but Im worried that it might somehow disrupt my body's clock or something and I might not get good enough rest.
Does anyone know how this could affect my sleep?
