Why is it so easy to shut down and feel shit all of a sudden?

@Starsandfire makes no sense. I could have a perfectly fine day, but I switched off for no obvious reason

@nirvsemp I've been like it for a few days. Feels like someone died but no-one has, that same kind of "misery fog" thing
