I know it's a bit of a serious topic but I kind of want to talk about it.
I've had two panic attacks and one mental breakdown

I had a panic attack in the midst of a mental breakdown. My neighbor observed me and then told every person in my neighborhood that I had "gone completely crazy and was permanently delusional." Not true at all, but it messed up all my neighborhood friendships.

@JRVanguard My problems were caused by a protracted urinary tract infection. This is surprisingly common, especially in older women.
