I know it's a bit of a serious topic but I kind of want to talk about it.
I've had two panic attacks and one mental breakdown

I've had 3 anxiety attacks in one month and I usually get em once a month so that wasn't fun.

Usually something triggers it. Like I'm alone and having thoughts. Then it comes. I was able to fight one off tho which was pretty impressive for me haha I do think I've got anxiety in general though.

@Sb356 Like being alone with your thoughts? During the night a lot of the time I just think about anything and everything because there’s no distractions.

Yeah exactly. I mean I have those kind of anxious thoughts all day but they tend to get pretty bad at night because Everyones asleep, I'm alone and free to think them up without distractions

Being lonely is probably the biggest one and one of my biggest mental road blocks that I struggle with

Thanks. And yeah it's not just the bf/gf type of thing. It's more that I'm emotionally/mentally lonely. Like I don't connect with anyone. It's a whole thing lol

If I can make suggestion, take the “appear active for others” thing off, most of the pervs choose their victims off the recently active page and you will always be on the bottom of it if it’s off
I’m about to do the same, I’ve had a few weird PMs lately

@Sb356 I know about panic attacks triggered by loneliness. And I have no particular interest in looking for any kind of romantic situation. It's not about lack of romance. It's about not connecting with people, not finding people I can relate to who accept me. It's about being old and having all your close friends die or move away.

@Sb356 Yeah, me, too. Loneliness is my #1 enemy. You not only feel sad and bad, you feel like you must deserve it.
