I know it's a bit of a serious topic but I kind of want to talk about it.
I've had two panic attacks and one mental breakdown

I have had multiple mental breakdowns. I have had more than i can count. I have also been hospitalized 6 times. The last time was when i was 26; 8 years ago. I live with bipolar disorder. Self care is the best remedy for me.

@Brookeeboop 8 Years is a long time without one, does that mean you’ve been doing better lately?
