I know it's a bit of a serious topic but I kind of want to talk about it.
I've had two panic attacks and one mental breakdown

i have had a nervous breakdown before. my friend used to have panic attacks. i prayed for you.

@AliceinWonderland It’s a very rough thing to go through, I’ve never been outside looking in before so I don’t know what’s that like to see someone go through it

@AliceinWonderland Yes I’ve never felt anything remotely close, and I’m horrified of anything that gives a similar sensation
