I know it's a bit of a serious topic but I kind of want to talk about it.
I've had two panic attacks and one mental breakdown

I have had two panic that were serious. Minor ones, often when driving.

Hospitalization 14 days for a breakdown. There was too much going on in my life and it overwhelmed me to the point that I couldn't do anything except think about suicide.

@JRVanguard as far as my depression and anxiety go I manage that with meds. I am doing fine now. Thank you for asking.
