I've had two panic attacks and one mental breakdown

Yes. The difficult part is having to face those who saw you when you were vunerable.

@Miram Yeah I had one panic attack at work but the other in the nurses office at school and my mental breakdown I was home alone. So it could have been a lot worst on that front
