Where did all of these viruses come from?

Lab created viruses...engineered from other viruses. I knew a lady who was a microbiologist in a medical research lab in another country and she said that they believed that the HIV virus was deliberately given to soldiers from Angola, they were POWS and told that they could be released and go home if they took a vaccination...they accepted of course and then many got jobs as truck drivers and had prostitutes in different cities that they gave the virus to, causing it spread like wildfire in that part of Africa.
