A very good question. Some people are defensive and feel the need to strike out at others. Others have been deeply hurt and want to hurt others before they get hurt again.

hi SweetMae Oh I agree. I do not really see anything else that can be done except modelling positive behaviour. I am a firm believer in the idea that you treat people as you wish them to be. best wishes :)
