So my boyfriend keeps getting bug bites and everytime they keep getting infected.

What does it mean? Why is he more prone to infection? I have big bites too but none of mine get infected?

Um he could be diabetic or have an std or just not take care of his skin properly or is just more sensitive idk we don't know .
