I occasionally put my earbuds on and listen to the recorded sounds of a rain or a thunderstorm.

... I'm weird, I know, but with me it works. Kinda blocks all the other sounds/environmental noise out as well.

Stretch. Go on YouTube and look at different stretching routines. You don't need any equipment to start. Stretching relaxes me and helps me sleep.

maybe you should cut out the shit in your life... tiny parts. all at once may take longer.

hey, you see the neat shit you can get with your devices? retro tape recorders, ancient type writer keyboards....? old crystal looking mics that you can talk into, hey tools are neat and fun makes you feel all warm and nice.

anything that makes it fun, sure you now excited but now it's a GOOD TIRED.

try that, it doesn't happen overnight. along with drinking bottled water like deer park.... stay away from the chemicals, they make you edgy and arteries harden, you do still need blood to your brain.
