A more realistic suspicion is that ChesterB and Chris were lovers and that they couldn't come out because of the child sexual abuse that plagued him his entire life and made him feel guilty and ashamed of being bi or gay because that might(but in reality doesn't) mean that he enjoyed/wanted/etc the rape and molestation he endured as a child by that older male friend who was probably his brother or cousin.

Well that's all I got. He didn't want to charge the person after telling his father(Sex crimes investigator or whatever) about it because that person also got abused?
