How do you get over regrets??
I can't seem to shake them off no matter how hard i try. From relationships to friendships to just missed opportunities, it's all eating me up inside

I think they say, 'let go'. If that doesn't work, then bottling them up certainly will not - so clear up whatever regrets you have with the people involved?
